Step 1.

Make the shape of the heads then draw the guidelines for both necks.

Simply draw Sanjay's eyes and nose like so, then proceed to step two.

Here you will almost complete Sanjay's face. Draw the hairstyle which is like most boys nowadays.

Add the other side of the mouth, then color in the pupils, as well as draw the eyebrows.

Tackle the task of drawing the snake's head who is also known as Craig. Add the eye shapes, then move on.

Draw in a smile, his hissing tongue, then color in the pupils and draw the eyebrows.

Finish Craig's body by drawing out the slithering snake.

Lastly, erase your mistakes then draw in the squiggly lines.

Here are best friends Sanjay and Craig. Now you can color them in.

Description: Here is another lesson that was requested by quite a few people. It's how to draw Sanjay and Craig step by step. I already have individual lessons on these two character from the show of the same name as well as tuts on their friends and foes. Sanjay is an Indian boy who has a best friend that also happens to be a snake that talks. Sanjay can't tell anybody of this secret because Craig wants to keep things under wraps. I have a feeling that the cat will come out of the bag soon enough if it didn't already. Anyways have fun drawing Sanjay and Craig. I shall return soon with other tuts for your enjoyment.
