First, draw out Rigby's body structure, allignment doesn't really matter for this tut.

Now draw Rigby's detail, such as eyes, fingers, etc. take note that he has 6 rings on his tail and three toes.

Now add the blades and the bandages to make rigby look like a ninja, dont forget the pupils.
