How to Draw Paddington Bear
1
Start the first step with a circle for the head and then sketch in the facial guidelines as well as the shoulder guides.
2
Begin sketching out the shape of his face using rough sketching strokes to get that small, sharp pointed jagged edging. When some of the face is drawn, you can then draw the curled lid for his hat like so.
4
Add the eyes, snout, nose and mouth using the facial guidelines you made in step one. When you are done here you can move to step five.
6
Add detailing and definition to the coat, and then you are all done and ready to color erase all your mistakes. That's all there is to it folks.

Description: I never thought I would see the day where a movie on a stuffed animal from childrens books would be made. Today I will be showing you how to draw the adorable, widely popular Paddington Bear. Paddington Bear is a fictional character portrayed in the English childrens literature book series written by Michael Bond with the first publication being released in 1958. The bear is from Peru, and he wears a red colored old hat, a blue duffle coat, and he carries around a tattered suitcase which is filled with mysterious things that are all hidden in his secret compartment inside the suitcase. Paddignton Bear also has an insatiable love for marmalade (a fruit preserve like jelly or jam). Anyways, the film is set to be out this Friday so I know folks will eventually request a tut on drawing Paddington Bear. I hope you have fun with this lesson, I still have more tutorials coming your way so stay tuned in.
