How to Draw Meganium

Draw a small round shape for the head, and then add a facial guideline in the lower middle of the head. Next, draw a long slightly curved neck line, and then attach it to an egg shape.

Now you can begin sketching out the actual shape of the head. This includes the nose, lower mouth or jaw, and the stamens.

Draw an eye like you see here, and then draw out the long noodle shaped neck.

Okay, you are almost done with this tutorial. All you have to do now is sketch out the leafy looking flower around the neck like so. add some layers, and detailing.

You are now ready to draw the body of Meganium, starting with the back end of the body. Once that is done draw two of it's legs, and then the short stubby looking tail. Draw the sharp nails on the toes.

For your last drawing step all you have to do is draw the rest of the legs, and nails too. Erase all the lines and shapes that you drew in step one.

Description: I have another Pokemon for you all, and I think you will like this one. As I mentioned before, a majority of my requests are asking me to draw Pokemon characters. Now, I don't mind filling those requests, but they will take time to fill. Today I will be doing a lesson on “"how to draw Meganium", step by step. Now, this Pokemon type is grass, and it is an evolution from “Bayleef” once you reach level 32. I like this species because it is wicked pretty, and because it has some new characteristics that it's previous evolution's do not. Like, how Meganium has two antenna like strands coming from the top of it's nose, and how this grass species has yellow colored eyes instead of red, and three toes instead of one. The big leaves that used to be around the neck, turned into a pink bloomed flower of some sort, which looks really pretty. The unique green colored body compliments the pink bloom nicely. Now, I have written out quite a few Pokemon species, and almost all of them had no real gender differences until now. The way to tell if you have a female Meganium, is to look at the length of the stamen, or antenna. Females have shorter ones, and the males have longer stems. Now, like all Pokemon, every one comes to a full evolved species at some point. Meganium is one of these said characters. Because of this, it has the capability to use hyper beam, giga impact, and frenzy plant. As like Meganium's appearance suggests, these creatures are as docile as can be. It was really fun drawing out this Pokemon, and now it's your turn to learn what I have to teach, "how to draw Meganuim", step by step.
