How to Draw Gnomeo and Juliet
1
Start by drawing two head shapes that are round, and then draw out the outlined shapes of their bodies. Add the facial guidelines and move to step two.
2
Begin sketching out the shapes of their faces like you see here, and notice how Gnomeo has a much wider face structure then Juliet. You will draw the small curl outline for her hair as well.
3
Using the facial guidelines, draw out the top eye lines, noses, and mouths like you see here. Juliet should have some nostril holes added since her nose is a bit more piggy shaped then Gnomeo's.
4
Finish drawing out the eyes, and then add in some eyeballs. Next, sketch the eyebrows out, and then move to step five. Pretty simple so far right?
5
Color in the pupils, and then draw out both Gnomeo's and Juliet's mouths until they are complete. That's pretty much it for this step, just keep moving along.
6
Now you will begin sketching out the shapes of their gnome heads which are basically coned style hats. As for Gnomeo, you will need to draw out his beard, and ear like so, and then finish drawing out Juliet's hair style too.
7

Description: February 11th is going to be an awesome day for some of you fans that followed the said to be funny movie, Gnomeo and Juliet. This tutorial is going to be based on the two main characters from the computer generated movie, which means you will learn "how to draw Gnomeo and Juliet", step by step. I did two characters from the flick, (Gnomeo, and Lady Bluebury) a while ago and because no one really knew who they where, the lessons didn't really do that good. Gnomeo is supposed to play the part of Romeo, and Juliet is supposed to be Juliet from Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. The movies teaser trailer looks pretty good, but unfortunately, there is no information as to what their personalities are like, and how everything gets started. When I figure out the character bios for these main figures from the flick, I will update this tutorial and fill you in with the new 411. Until then have an awesome time as you learn "how to draw Gnomeo and Juliet". I’m sure you’ll have a blast. Peace out people!
