How to Draw Christmas Bulbs

We will start with the shape of the first bulb which is like a drop. Add the cap where the hook is attached to and proceed to step two.

We will now draw the simple, standard bulb which is a circle with the hook.

Up next, draw the cane shape which is on an angle. Add the stripes and hook line as well.

Another popular shape for Christmas ornaments is the star. Here you will draw a star, I chose to make it look like Patrick Star. Add the hook line as well.

Up next, we will draw in the tear drop shaped bulb and again add the hook line.

Here is where you will add your own unique decorations to each Christmas bulb. Let your imagination go wild in this step.

When you are finished the drawing should come out looking like the one you see here. Add some color and use what you drew to decorate your house.

Description: We decorated our tree recently and on our tree we have a variety of different shaped bulbs much like the ones you see here. Of course nowadays you can buy plastic bulbs because the glass ones shatter into a bunch of little pieces and are very sharp if touched. Today, we will be learning how to draw Christmas decorations, step by step. Bulbs are also known as ornaments, but an ornament can be anything from a bear to an angel or even an icicle. When I hear bulbs I think of two things, lights and balls. So here is the task at hand. Drawing Christmas bulbs, have fun and color them any shade you like.
