Draw a simple circle like so.

Next, draw in the mean expressive eyebrows and color them in. Then draw the eyeballs which are small oval shaped colored in.

Lastly, draw a frown for a grin and then you have completed this task of drawing a mad Emoji.

Now that you are done you can add some color.

Description: This is the second Emoji that I will upload next. It's how to draw Mad Emoji, step by step. This is one of my favorite Emoji's to use. It's a regular shaped smilie with angry expression. Again, the task is simple so you don't have to worry about tackling a complicated lesson. Just have fun and remember to let me know if you would like more lessons on drawing Emojis.
