Step 1.

You will make a shape that looks very much like a candy corn. Add a small circle then proceed to step two.

Define the shape of the windmill, then proceed to step three.

Next up, you have to draw the blades for the windmill which is on a shaft in the center.

Next, add some nice straight lines to detail the blades you just made. You might want to use a ruler.

Lastly, draw in the horizontal lines to the cone shaped structure, then you are ready to clean up the mistakes.

This is the line art now that you are all done. Color it in, or you can create your own design instead of the stripes.
