How to Draw a Sapphire

Begin by drawing a tear drop shape like so.

Next, you will draw another shape on the inside of the gem the way you see it done here.

Lastly, add the cut lines to give your sapphire definition.

Color in the sapphire if you want a sapphire, or use a different shade for your gem.

Description: My next jewel tut is going to be on the stunning sapphire. This gem is pretty because of how rich the blue hue is to the gem. People who have sapphires as their birth stone are usually Virgos or they are Virgos. This is just a single gem tut that will be super simple to replicate because I chose to draw it in a tear drop shape colored with bright shades.
