How to Draw a Red Eastern Dragon

First draw the wireframe of the dragon. The head, torso, belly, and line of the tail and spine.

Next, draw the horns, ear and lower jaw.

Then, draw the body and his whiskers.

Next, he needs arms and scales for the under belly.

Finally draw his tail and the tail fluff at the tip.
