Step 1.

First, you start with a two circle, one below the other.

Next, add the classic eye and mouth. Always make the mouth a triangle. Never put a nose.

Then and the hair. it is tricky, but you can do it! After that, put some volume into the hair.

Add pigtails,with lots of hair and bows!

Add the body and "pigeon toes" to the feet.

Finally, erase the extra lines and walla! You have a chibi person!
