Step 1.
Not only will you be taught how to draw a cute bird, you will also get the opportunity to draw a tree branch as well. Start with a round shape for the head, and then add the facial guidelines. Next draw a half circle for the body and then draw the co

Step 2.
You can now start sketching out the birds body and head like you see here. Since the wings are close the body, your cute critter will look a little plump. Add some feathery shapes for the wings and head, and then move to the next step.

Step 3.
Using the facial guidelines, you can start drawing out the big eyes, and color in the pupils. When that is done draw a small beak, and add some detailing lines around the beak and under the eyes to make your cute bird look puckered and chubby. Define
the body with some lining to separate the wings from the torso.

Add some brows to define the eyes, and then draw out the birds feet and be sure to detail them as well. Next sketch out the full feathery tail, and draw the branch that bird is resting on.

Step 5.
All you have to do now is draw the tree that is off to the left side, and add more length to the branch. Add some detailing by drawing in bark lines. You can now start erasing all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one.

Step 6.
When you're done the drawing should look like the one you see here. Color it in red, blue, yellow, or green, and you have yourself a beautiful cute bird.

Description:
Well, I can honestly say that there is a lot of work ahead of me today and it's mainly because I am one hundred percent swamped. Today I will start by submitting some of the easy tutorials because the younger audience that comes here has to be in bed by a certain time. The more advanced lessons will be uploaded a little later. Lets start by adding a drawing to the βcuteβ series. I'm going to show you β
how to draw a bird
β, step by step, using easy to follow steps and instructions. I know I have plenty tutorials on all different types of birds, but those can be a bit more complicated to tackle because most of them fall in the intermediate category. That is why I like this sketch, it's easy to draw, it's wicked cute, and very colorful. You will have a blast drawing a cute bird because when you're done, you can color in the animal any shade you like to turn your drawing into a blue-jay, red robin, or even a dove or sparrow. Well, I think I said enough for this tutorial description. I will leave you all to awe over the cuteness, and draw out the tree dwelling creature for yourself. Peace out people and have a happy, drawing day!
