Now, draw the outlines of his perfect eyes, nose, mouth, and ears

now, shade in this dudes eyes, hair, ears, nose, mouth, and make sure you can see the jawline and cheek bones (that's what he loves about himself!). Go to his clothes, and outline them, then shade em in! Then you're done!
