How to Draw the Heavy From Team Fortress, The Heavy

Step 1.


The first thing you will do is draw out the shape of the head, then draw in the large round shape of the body or torso. Sketch in the facial guidelines, then move to step two.

Step 2.


Okay, are you ready to draw out the face? Before we do that though we need to sketch out the structure of the face, then draw in the nose, as well as the brows. Draw the shape of the ear, and you can move to step three.

Step 3.


Draw out the shapes of the eyes and then draw the mouth which is very wide and mean looking. Add detailing inside of the ears, then draw the frown lines and chin detailing.

Step 4.


Draw the shape of the thick shaped neck, then draw the large shirt collar as well as the undershirt.

Step 5.


Sketch out the large shoulder, then draw the arm shoulder, then the layered piece of the sleeve. Add detailing and definition to the sleeve, then you can proceed to step six.

Step 6.


Sketch out the rest of the shirt, then draw in the strand of bullets that run down the chest. Each bullet should be detailed to perfection before you can erase the mistakes.

Step 7.


Here is the line art when you are all done. Now you can color him in and Heavy is all set. I hope you enjoyed this lesson on drawing Heavy.

Description: Here is a lesson on one of the main characters from a video game called ‘Team Fortress’. It follows team members as they tackle quests to battle other teams. It’s a team and class based video game that is also a shoot em’ up style gameplay. There are several characters in the game and each one of these characters can be selected by classes. The classes are Scout, Soldier, Pyro, Demoman, Heavy Weapons Guy, Engineer, Medic, Sniper and Spy. This lesson is going to show you "how to draw Heavy", step by step which is obviously the Heavy Weapons Guy. Players can choose to be on the blue team, or red team that is all up to you. All in all I have never played Team Fortress but my brother is a gaming nut so he filled me in on the 411, (thanks Jeremy). Anyways, if you are familiar with Team Fortress you should recognize the face you see before you now. I shall return with more fun so stay tuned in.
