First draw a circle (draw a light line through the middle), and add the odd shape protruding from the circle.

Now add Stitch's eye sorta as if you are drawing a seed inside a seed. Add eye guidelines.

Now add Stitch's big nose.

Add Stitch's ears.

Add Stitch's body and legs. Thinking of angles in the picture might help when drawing this step.

Now to add some final touches like, his spots, other eye mask, and skin wrinkles. I know in this picture, Stitch looks old but after cleaning up the drawing, Stitch won't look so old and scraggly.

Now Stitch doesn't look as scraggly. Just clean up Stitch and Ta-dah!!! done :) Hope you enjoyed this tut.
