How to Draw Scribblenauts

Step 1.


Start with a simple circle for the head then sketch in the facial guidelines.

Step 2.


You will now draw the three prong shapes which is part of Maxwell's hood. These look more like baseball glove fingers, but the hood is actually supposed to be a rooster helmet.

Step 3.


Define the shape of the head and face by making the lining neater and thicker. Draw in the muffs over the ears like so, then proceed to step four.

Step 4.


Detail the muffs by adding some seam lines. I'm pretty sure Maxwell is wearing headphones.

Step 5.


Draw in the inner circle for Maxwell's face. As you know his entire head is covered with a rooster helmet.

Step 6.


Lastly, draw in the beady eyes and a great big single lined smile. I don't think you made mistakes but if you did you can erase them now.

Step 7.


All you have left to do now is coloring in Maxwell from Scribblenauts.

Description: Does anyone recognize this face? Well if you do you know its the main character from the video game Scribblenauts which has been out since 2005. Scribblenauts was made for the Nintendo DS systems and the character is called Maxwell. When playing Scribblenauts you are consistently using the stylus pen that comes with the DS. You're basically going through the game collecting things called 'Starites'. Maxwell is the playable character and I suppose the game is fun because it's been out for almost ten years. Drawing Maxwell will be simple. He is the face for Scribblenauts so that pretty much sums it up. If you have been waiting for this tut, here you go.
