Next thing you want to do is draw out the eyes, and eyes the nose.

The face is all done I think, now you will work on getting the body drawn starting with drawing out the stiff standing collar.

Draw the right arm or sleeve and notice how the bottom of the sleeve loops to form a loose fit.

Continue to draw out the cloak by drawing out the left arm and sleeve. See how the folds overlap to form a layered pattern.

Draw out the back part of the cloak, and then begin drawing in the clouds. When that is done draw the hands and sword.

You will finish drawing out the cloak like so, and then be sure to add some trim on the edges.

Sketch out the legs and his pants and then draw out the feet and shoes. Erase the mistakes that you made to finish the drawing off.

Finished, as you can see you have yourself a nice drawing based on one of the more popular figures in the anime series.
