Make the outline to form a nut shape for the body and head of Blinky. Sketch in the facial guidelines, then you're done.

Make the outline of the body, then draw the thick short wispy tuft on the head.

Next, draw the oval shapes of the eyes, then draw the squiggle smile. Notice how the smile is dark and thick.

Here you will draw the eyelids, then draw the eyeballs. Draw in the rest of t he smile which is also the exposed teeth.

Add the rest of the body, then draw the arms which are crossed over one another. Erase the mistakes as well.

That's it, you can color in your work by adding some neon pink to liven this ghost up.
