How to Draw a Violet
1
Draw a big egg shape for the bloom of the violet. Then you will add the horizontal line like you see here.
2
You will now draw the center of the flower which is the stamen, and then sketch out the first petal for the violet flower. Notice how the edging is wavy.
3
Continue to draw out some more violet petals like you see here, and make sure that they look a little weighed down.
4
For your last drawing step, all you have to do is draw out the stem, and then add the pinched looking detailing lines in the center of each petal. Erase the guidelines you drew in step one.

Description: The last two drawing lessons for the day are going to be flower based as you see here. Now, I already have lessons on both of the flowers I am about to submit, but they are in pairs. So what I wanted to do was make just a single flower of the blooming species. The first is going to be on "how to draw a violet", step by step. As I mentioned before, violets are graceful flowers that can be placed, or grown almost anywhere. One of the great things about growing violets is the fact they come in so many different pretty colors, and I think this is something I mentioned before. Just the fact that you are going to be taught to draw a violet is exciting all in itself. The lesson is going to be easy because the steps and instructions were made that way. Anyways, I think it should only take you about five minutes to draw this flower if you use the instructions as I laid them out for you. I will be back in a moment with my last tutorial for the day, and there is no surprise on what it is because I already told you. Sorry for killing the suspense, I just had to fill you in on the 411. Got to go peeps, see you in a bit, and keep on having fun as you visit Dragoart.com.
