How to Draw a Simple Giraffe
1
Start with a circle for the head, and then draw a long, neck line and attach it to another circle shape like you see here. Lastly, draw the face guidelines, and the legs too.
2
Now that you are on step two, you will be sketching out the shape of the giraffe's face, mainly the snout or muzzle. Draw the one exposed ear, and then the two simple round tipped horns. Add detailing lines for the brows, and the mouth line.
3
Okay, draw the shape of the simple giraffes neck. You can see that the neck flares at the base of the body. Draw the chest, and then draw the beginning lining for the front leg.
4
Hey, look what how far you've gotten. It's time to sketch out the eyes, color in the pupils, and add detailing to the brows, ears, and draw nostril holes. Lastly sketch out the rest of the legs as far as the front, and then draw the belly, and hind l
5
Now you will draw the back, back en, and the rest of the legs. Once that is done sketch out the long giraffe mane, and draw the tail. Make sure you add some hair at the tip of the tail too. Draw the hair lining on the hooves.
6
For your last drawing step all you need to do is draw the marking spots all over the body leaving the ankles without spots. Before you draw the markings, erase all the lines and shapes you drew in step one.

Description: I have another simple animal to submit for you all and this time it's going to be on a species that lives in the safari along with lions, elephants, antelopes, and so forth. I'm going to show you "how to draw a simple giraffe", step by step. Giraffes have got to be one of the strangest animals to date. Their long necks, stubby bodies, and long legs, almost makes the giraffe look like a circus freak. Nonetheless when it comes to drawing simple animals, you will always have fun when doing so. The whole point to simple style lessons, is the fact that you will not only learn how to draw things you like, you will also have fun drawing them out as well. One of the prettiest things about giraffes is their pretty eyelashes. They are so incredibly long, and pouting. Zebra's also have one of the largest babies when they deliver their young. These little guys have to learn how to stand up and walk within minutes or else they will be considered weak, and will most likely die in the wild. Fortunately for giraffes that are being cared for in a zoo or refuge, the young ones don't have to worry about being lunch for lions, hyenas, or any other predator that feeds on red meat. Let's not talk about that now because it's very depressing. What do you say we get started with this tutorial, so you can “draw a simple giraffe” too. I will be back one more time because I still have one more tutorial to submit. Bye everyone, and make sure you join me again.
