How to Draw a Cute Animal

It's now time to start sketching out the shape of the animals face. You can see the the cheeks are full of fur or hair, which means you will need to draw this in too. But first, begin this step by drawing out the shape of the mouth, nose and jaw like

This step is pretty easy because all you need to do is draw the animals body. Start by making the shape for the back like so, and then finish drawing out the front legs, and paws. Add some definition to the elbow, and then begin drawing the thigh.

Description: I have another animal lesson for you all that is not only going to be visually appealing, but its also going to be great fun. I was looking back on some of my very old drawings that I did when I was like thirteen, and I came across one that reminded me of my childhood, especially when I was in middle school. I wanted to do a remake of a very old sketch that was one of my favorites when I was a brand new teen. So today, I will be teaching you guys “how to draw a cute animal", step by step. Now typically when I do anything that is “cute”based, it is usually a drawing that belongs with the other cute themed stuff I draw. This is not the case with this lesson. Instead, I chose to call this a cute animal because that is exactly what it is. I tried playing with a cool, monochromatic color scheme so that the animal is actually easier on the eyes. The design for this beast is tweaked a bit from the original version with the other being more amateur or childish. But aye, what do you want, I was a young kid that was into drawing everything and anything. After you're all done reading this description and following the tutorial, I want you guys to go to my Deviantart page, and look through the art gallery to see if you can guess what old drawing I'm talking about in this description. When you find it, just look at the difference between the two drawings, and see for yourself how much a person can improve when you are determined and consistent. Drawing cute animals is one of the things I really love doing as far as art goes. It always gives me a sense of warmth and coziness whenever I draw a simple cute animal or anything else that is cute. I don't know what it is, but there is something magical when comes to cute stuff. I think it has something to do with reminiscing on being a kid. Anyway, let me shut up before I start sounding too corny. I will now let you tackle this lesson on "how to draw a cute animal", and if you want to see a cute version of something as a tutorial, don't hesitate to ask by dropping a request. Until next time people!
