Step 1.
You will start this step by drawing out a circle for the shape of the head then add the facial guidelines. You will then draw two more circle shapes for the torso and butt area. From those shapes you can go ahead and draw out the guidelines for the l

Step 2.
In this step you will start to sketch in the face starting with the eyes, nose and mouth. Draw a pointed cone shape for his ear. Next begin drawing out the shapes of the front and back legs and then shape out the fluffy tail as shown to you here.

Step 4.
You will basically finish drawing in the top and bottom portion of the coyote's body as well as detail the fur and finish the tail shape. Detail hie jaw a bit more and then you can start erasing some of the guidelines that you no longer need.

Detail the fur more until he looks fury ad grungy looking and then detail his front paws. You can now erase all the rest of the guidelines and shapes that you drew back in step one.

This is what your coyote should look like when you are completely done. Now you can color him in and call it a done drawing. You have just completed this tutorial on how to draw a coyote step by step. I will be back with yet another tutorial for you
all to learn from. See ya folks.

Description:
Well hello again fellow artist I told you all that I would be back and here I am. Today’s second tutorial is going to be on another animal that we all recognize and have many different views about. Today you will all be learning how to draw a coyote. Coyote’s are beautiful animals that very much resemble dogs and wolves in many ways. The coyote is often mentioned in the tales from Native Americans and are often described as being very savvy and clever beast. Not only are there tales about the coyote, they are very much a traditional animal that has a lot of similarities with the Native Americans. For instance they are very resilient animals that are able to adapt to the changing American landscapes as Indians do. As you already know the coyote is part of the dog family and they once lived primarily on the open prairies and desert lands. Today these dogs are seen and found in the forests and mountains. They travel in packs and feed on almost any free game they can hunt down including rabbits, snakes, fruit, grass, carrion and sometimes they also get their hands on farm animals such as lambs, calves and even dogs. Coyotes have a very strong sense of smell and incredible vision making them lethal hunters and animals. Like humans, when they breed and give birth it is both the male and female that care for the young. Remember in the beginning when I said that coyotes resemble wolves and dogs, well they are sometimes called prairie wolves or brush wolves. These animals communicate with a distinctive call, which at night you will hear their famous howl that make the hairs on most people’s arms stand up. This tutorial will show you how to draw a coyote step by step. The way I drew the coyote is almost in a cartoony style so that drawing him will be that much easier. I will be back with one more tutorial for my fellow artist.
