Description: In this next lesson I have decided to do a tutorial on a Disney animated character from my childhood. Right now I will be showing you how to draw Dale from Chip N' Dale. This chipmunk duo has been around for a very long time and they stared in many animated shorts and movies. I know that they even had their very own animated cartoon series at one point called “Chip N Dale Rescue Rangers”. The reason why I know of the Chip N' Dale characters is by watching that very same series. It was so awesome I still remember it even though it seemed like ages ago. My favorite character is Dale and that is mainly because he is the one that makes me laugh the most. Dale is like the idiot that has no common sense and Chip is the smart one that thinks of all the master plans. There was this one animated short that I watched on the Disney channel one time when I was ten I think. It was a Christmas short staring Pluto and Mickey Mouse along with Chip and Dale called “Pluto’s Christmas Tree”. Pluto watches Mickey decorate the new Christmas tree with a bunch of ornaments and lights, basically anything you put on a Christmas tree. Anyway, when Mickey is decorating the tree, Pluto notices two chipmunks that are hiding out within the branches. While Mickey decides to leave for a minute, Pluto is persistent on getting the vermin out of his masters beautiful tree before they destroy it. During the whole process the tree winds up on the ground and all the ornaments that Mickey put on it where shattered and destroyed. That was such a funny short it almost had me peeing in my pants. The two chipmunks are very different in appearance. Chip is more perfect looking with a small nose and soft fur, while Dale has a big red nose two big prominent teeth that stay exposed with busy hair. I love these to characters and I also know that you will love learning how to draw one of them. I make learning how to draw Dale easy because the steps are simple to follow and the instructions are clear to read. I will be back with another drawing tutorial in a bit, so do like I always say, stay put and don’t touch that dial. Peace out.
