How to Draw Oswald, The Lucky Rabbit
1
Okay the first thing you want to draw is a circle for the head, and then add the guidelines for the face, neck and arms. Next draw another body shape and then draw in the leg lines.
2
Now all you have to do is draw out the long ears, and then sketch out the shape of his actual face like so.
3
As you can see your simple rabbit is starting to take more form. Now you will draw out the squiggly looking arms and hands, and then draw out the torso, and belly like so.
4
Now you are ready to draw out the shorts, and then begin drawing in the face. Once the lining is done for the face, color in some oval eyes, and a round nose.
5
Draw out the legs and large rabbit feet, and then draw in the mouth and tongue. Now you are ready to erase the lines and shapes that you drew in step one.

Description: Did anyone hear of the new game that was released back in November of 2010 called Epic Mickey? Well it’s a game by Disney that is based on Mickey’s epic adventures in Yen Sid’s workshop that Mickey finds by going through a mirror. The character that I am going to give you a lesson on is not a mouse at all, instead he is a rabbit and he is the creation from Disney. Today I am going to show you "how to draw Oswald", step by step. Oswald is also known as Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. He plays a big role in the new Disney game Epic Mickey and there are other characters that are based on some real early versions of Disney figures from the early twenties and on. Oswald was developed in 1923 by Ub Iwerks and Walt Disney. The animated character was developed for movies that where distributed by Universal Pictures. He is an all-black colored rabbit that usually wears blue colored shorts. He stared in his very first cartoon named Poor Papa, and it was there that he became a popular child icon. I had fun drawing him out because he was incredibly easy to draw. At first I thought that Oswald was a mouse like Mickey, but after doing some research I finally found out that he is in fact a rabbit. I received so many requests for me to do this lesson, and because of this I want to present to you a tutorial called "how to draw Oswald". Have fun with him, and remember to grab a black coloring tool to shade in the drawing once you are done. Maybe next time I will draw Epic Mickey but for now I will leave you with the one you see here. Adios people!
