Okay you will need to draw some basic guidelines and shapes to get this drawing started on how to draw a jungle. I really cant explain how to draw out the guidelines, so all i will instruct you to do is, look at the lines already drawing and place th

Okay there is a huge jungle tree that is sticking right in your face that you will have to sketch out. Once that is done you can then draw the vines and sketch out the moss like foliage hanging from both the vines and the tree limbs. Sketch out the d

The next thing you will do here is sketch in the detailing bark lines that is all over this jungle tree. When that is done you can then move to the next step.

Sketch out the background landscape that you see here and then move to the next step. Yup, that's it for this step!

Now you will sketch out some of the trees that have full foliage and skinny tree stumps. Move to the next step when you are done.

For your last drawing step, sketch in some defining grass that is laying on the jungle floor. Erase all the guidelines that you see here and then move to the finished line art step.

Description: How about a tutorial on a very nice place that holds mystery and is home to a bunch of tropical plants and animals? A member asked that I do a lesson on “how to draw a jungle step by step. The jungle is a very wondrous place as well as a very dangerous place. Animals that can be found in the jungle are jaguars, monkeys, different types of bats, toucans, ovenbirds, sloths, macaws, and many, many more. The types of plants that grow in the rainforest is also very large in numbers. There are jungle vines which are used by monkeys and maybe even a certain person that we have heard of before (Tarzan), a bunch of different ferns and tress. I mean there is an endless amount of tree that grow amongst the rainforest and jungles, so much in fact there is too many to list. All I know is that I wanted this tutorial to covey how I mentally see a jungle. All in all I think it came out nice and I also think that many children and adults will love this lesson. If you have always wanted to draw a jungle but didn’t know how or where to start, this tutorial will show you "how to draw a jungle step by step" with ease. Tackle this lesson and when you are done you can even use some of the tutorials on DragoArt in the rainforest section under animals, and add some cool creatures to your drawing.
