Step 1.

First, draw the guidelines! Easy!

Draw the weird collar thing...

Now draw the rest of the body, his body is like an ice cream cone. Add his little stub things, I think there arms....

Draw the simple but cute facial features such as eyes and mouth.

Erase the guidelines and color it if you want.
