First, begin with the basic guidelines for the shape of the body and her face. Drawing her first is the most important part.

Then, sketch the shape of her face, she has a high forehead to sort of emphasize her childish age.

Next, sketch/fill in her hair and ear. Don't forget to draw the beginning stages of her neck too.

Let's move onto drawing the shoulder and arm, which then will be encompassed by the skirt she is wearing.

After that, let's work on finishing the lower half of her skirt and the legs/shoes.

My favorite part! Draw the flower as well as the balloon-like string attaching to the moon.

Draw the moon and the planet she is standing on and use thin pencil lines to etch in the details.

Description: Hey guys, at the time I created this artwork, I was in a really nostalgic mood and wanted to make some moon inspired artwork that has a sort of a paradox element to it. This was definitely something that I thought fit the bill. I spent a couple hours sketching, coloring and fine tuning this tutorial image and I know a lot of you others who like unique concepts will enjoy this lesson.
