I'm sorry if you can't really see the base very well, but it's a simple body, arm and wing. It'll look cool in the end though. Just zoom in up on it, I guess

Draw simple hair, eyes, and face. Part of her body, too.

Draw the halo and wings. remember that she looks like as if she's in heaven, so she'll look ghostly-like. I guess it's just how I depict angels.
