Step 1.
The first thing you will need to do is make one shape, and that is a circle.

Step 2.
For the second step, you will draw a thick trunk like shape for the arm and wrist of the hand. Curve outward on the right side to create the side of the hand. Indent in as you go down, and then draw the thumb, and finger line on the left side.

Step 3.
You will now begin drawing in the second hand. The top part of the hand should come down on a slant. Continue the same lining to form the pinky. Be sure to have three straight edges for the top of the finger design.

Step 4.
Draw in three more fingers, and as you can see I kept it simple by avoiding the joined connection between the hands.

Step 5.
Lastly draw out the thumb, and then start erasing the lines and shapes or mistakes because this was your last drawing step.

Step 6.
Here is the finished drawing when you are all done. You can now draw a couple because now you know how to draw their holding hands.

Description:
Sometimes I will receive e-mails asking me to make better or easier versions of certain tutorials that folks enjoy on the site. Such an e-mail came my way the other day, and the member asked me if I could make a different tutorial on a couple holding hands. She/he stated that the other lesson I submitted was great, but it is still too difficult to replicate. Now because I want everybody to have the same opportunity as everyone else, I went ahead and made a tutorial on "
how to draw holding hands for kids
", step by step. Drawing a couple holding hands can be very difficult to do because of the fact that the way hands join together in a locked state, makes drawing the finger connection hard. This lesson on drawing holding hands for kids will hopefully make the whole learning process better in a simplified way. Even though this submission was easy for me to draw, that doesnโt mean my assumptions of this being a simple tutorial is correct. My saying goes like this; if you can replicate an image to look like the original in any slightest way, you did a great job. Enjoy this submission, and please let me know if it was helpful for you. Thanks guys, and peace out!
