How to Draw Hawkman

to start with, we'll sketch out his pose. just to let u know, we'll be doing him as an action pose, with a mace in his right hand.

we'll start with his face. draw out his mask. draw his minute eyes. there are feathers on both sides of the mask. make his lips downwards to emphasize an angry face.

moving on to his body, detail his arms. draw light lines to mark his chest. draw his belt. make a circle for his mace.

erase all guidelines. well here comes a clean drawing. huh.. waddya say? draw his mace handle also.

draw his chest belt..

some details on his chest n arms. try to detail through minimum lines possible.

in this step, we'll detail his mask feathers. draw outines for his wings. his boots starts just below the knee. detail his belt n legs.

well, take your time n detail his wings. detail his mace. draw a guideline for the chain, running from the end of mace to his hand.

draw out the chain. n hawk's symbol on his chest belt. n we're done..

Description: well just to let you know, I'm a die hard justice league fan. The new movie 'crisis on two earths' simply rocked. well, in this tut, we'll draw Hawkman. he impressed me with all those wings popping out. n damn mace to wrap it up.. well can't hold on anymore.. so let's start.. hope you'll enjoy it.. keep smiling n keep drawing..
