Start off by drawing some guides and shapes to draw Halsey's face using sections.

Use the guide shape you just made to draw out the actual shape and structure of Halsey's face. Be sure to also incorporate the shape of her ear and the hairline for her short hairstyle.

Next, finish the hairstyle which will also form the shape of her head. The sides of her head or hair are shaved so be sure to make the sides short.

Now we will work on her features starting with the nose. Sketch out the shape of her nose and then draw in the detailing to her ear along with the earrings.

Use the facial guidelines to draw out the lids of her eyes which are in full length lashes.

Complete the eyes by drawing the bottom lids and then some lashes and eyeballs.

We will sketch in Halsey's eyebrows which are not as skinny as you see some girls with nowadays. So, full brows for Halsey.

We will sketch in her cheek indent and then draw in her lips. She has pretty lips and a cute beauty mark on her cheek or a Monroe.

Lastly, let's draw her nice long neck followed by the shoulders and some of her back. Sketch in the crease lines to the neck and then you can start erasing the mistakes and guides.

When you are all done the drawing should look like the one you see here. Now just color her in and show off your art.

Description: Hey guys. Welcome back to another fun filled lesson here on Dragoart.com. Today I will be uploading two tuts with the first being on a singer. Today I will show you how to draw Halsey, step by step. If you don't know who she is, she is the girl who sings without me, Gasoline and others. What some folks may not know about Halsey is that her real name is Ashley Nicolette Frangipane and her stage name is actually an anagram of the Halsey Street station of the New York City Subway. Another fun fact about Halsey is her parents had very different music taste. She grew up with her father listening to Biggie, 2Pac, Slick Rick, Bone Thugs & Harmony, while her mother listened to bands like Nirvana, The Cure, Alanis Morissette and other Alternative rock music. I guess you could say that Halsey had the best of both worlds as far as musical inspiration goes. Anyways, have fun drawing Halsey, I am a fan so drawing her was very gratifying.
