Step 1.

You Must Draw A Circle And the hair

Then Draw All Eye Parts and mouth you also might want to highlight green for eye color.

Then for the body. you might draw one foot and at the very top want to make a circle like how i did it.

make the hands and the shoes. for the hands is just like a curve and a strait line for the shoes and a curve also in the shoes to make it socks.

Then make is Buttercup's stripe

finnaly colour! eyes-black eye color-green shirt-green stripe-black shoes-black skin-peach and eyelids-light purple.
