How to draw an Ice dragon head

first do this thing. Not really sure what to call it but it divides the mouth

now draw the teeth and noise area.

now add the other part of the mouth go down until you wanna draw a tongue.

Now do the bottom of the mouth. Start at the tongue. then when you get to the end draw a straight line then back up. Also draw a line under the bottom line

Now do the Eye. Add dark around the eye like I did and then add spike thing like in the picture.

now continue drawing the back spike till you get to a length you like

now do the neck. Draw it as far as you did the back spikes

Finally the charging ice beam. its just a circle with a bunch of spikes around it. You can add mist around it if you want to
