Description: This tutorial is all about the Giant Panda Bear, and they are so cute. Drawing a panda bear is fairly simple, not too many steps, but we’ll talk about that later. First let’s learn some interesting facts about the Giant panda bear. Let me start off by saying that these bears are in fact an endangered species with only 1,000 in existence. They mainly live in central China, in Sichuan, Shaanxi, and in the Gansu provinces. Pandas prefer to live in dense forests that are flourished with lots of bamboo trees and foliage; they need this because their diet contains the consumption of 99 % bamboo. They live at elevations as high as 10,000 feet at elevations this high; the forest receives lots of torrential down pours that later form dense clouds that help their habitats stay green and full of food. Most people, “like me” see pandas as being cute and harmless, but they should in fact be treated like any other bear that lives in the wild. Giant panda bears are the same size of black bears and weigh around 200-250 pound with females just barely reaching 220. These bears are recognizable by the public with their black and white markings. They have two black circles around their eyes, one bold thick black strip that runs perfectly around the upper body and coats the entire front legs and paws, and the hind legs are all black as well. Scientist thinks that pandas have a lifespan of only 30 years and reach their mating maturity around 8 years old. Females carry two young for a total of 95-120 days. One baby panda usually won’t survive and the reasons for that are still unknown. Pandas give birth to baby’ 1/900th the size of them almost like the kangaroo. Both parents are so enormously bigger then their young, simply incredible. Besides eating all day pandas also spend a lot of time loafing around and sleeping. The instructions on "how to draw a panda", step by step are very easy to understand and read. Children will also have fun drawing the panda. Well see ya later ya’ll.
