Step 1.

The first thing you have to draw in the shape of the small face that is overpowered by the big mushroom cap.

Here you will only have to draw the round bubble shape to create the mushroom's head or cap.

Draw in three large spots with the two on the sides cut off.

Lastly, draw out the oblong shapes of the eyes and color them in. If you made any mistakes erase them now.

And here you have it, a simple drawing of a magic mushroom. Wasn't that easy and fun to draw? Now color this little guy in.

Description: I really love the way that this colored image came out for a simple lesson on "how to draw a magic mushroom", step by step. This Mario Bros. mushroom is called a 'magic mushroom' because when Mario, Luigi, or any other playable character gets one, they become a big version of said character. When you are little in the game of Mario and you run into one of the various "bad guys" throughout the game you will die instantly. If you bump a brick and magic mushroom comes out, you will become big and are able to get hit once without dying. The background I created makes this simple mushroom face a temping piece to recreate.
