First we're gonna draw the base to indicate wear our eyes will be etc. Try to draw it with a light shading first so you can erase it properly.

Next we're gonna draw the sketch of the witch hat.

Then, we're gonna draw the clothes. Just simple clothes.

Next up, we're gonna draw the shape of the face and the hair.

We're gonna draw the hat. Make sure to add a belt to the hat to make it look like a bit more of a witch hat.

Then we're gonna draw the clothes.

Lastly, we're gonna draw the eyes and the nose. You may draw the mouth but I prefer not to. It looks much more cuter without it.

We're done! Just trace it with a pen and add colours, then you're done!
