How to Draw Woody For Kids

Step 1.


Begin with an oblong shape for Woody's face and then sketch in the facial guidelines.

Step 2.


Using the guide you just made, go ahead and draw out the actual shape of Woody's face. Also, you can add the swirl for his chin dent too.

Step 3.


Next, use the facial guidelines to draw Woody's eyes which are simple circle shapes with smaller circles inside. You will then draw the nose and mouth as well as his left ear and hairline. Oh yeah, the lid of his cowboy hat too.

Step 4.


Finish the saucer shape of Woody's hat like so, and then you can clean up the drawing by erasing the mistakes and guides.

Step 5.

Description: I'm sure many of you know that Toy Story 4 is coming out and it is supposed to be big. The same voice actors are back which is Tom Hanks for Woody and Tim Allen for Buzz. I wanted to make a couple lessons on Woody and Buzz so kids can draw their favorite characters with ease. So here is how to draw Woody for kids, step by step. I left out the body and just made a lesson on Woody's face. This should be an easy drawing tutorial for anyone to tackle of all skill levels, including kids. I love how Woody came out, I kept all his characteristics to his face and I think you will find that drawing Woody for kids is going to be as easy as 1,2, 3. So go ahead and have fun.
