How to Draw Weeping Willow
1
Simple enough lesson. Start with the guidelines and shapes and then sketch in the facial guidelines.
2
You will use your guides to first draw out the shape of Willow's face and then draw in her face which is the eyebrows, eyes, nose and mouth. You will then draw the long straight hair which is parted and then draw in the neck, shoulders and her arms.
4
Lastly, draw the swirling tears or water and inside the swirl you will draw the skulls of the souls she weeps for. There are also rib bones and even limb bones. Add definition and then erase all mistakes and guides.

Description: Hey everyone. Welcome back to another lesson here on Dragoart. Today I have a bunch of lessons and almost all of them are based on concept characters I've created while drawing in a a creative state. This first lesson is how to draw weeping Willow. She is a concept character I made up and her name is Willow. Willow has overgrown long black hair that seems to spiral around her like a whirling pool. She weeps all day, so much so she starts to pour tears. She cries for the tormented souls that have not found any salvation. She feels all their pain, all their sorrow and most importantly, all their heartache. She is in a perpetual state of sorrow and because of this she weeps. I really like the way she came out and I hope you do too. If you like this lesson be sure to comment, fav, love, like or share. Thanks guys and I will be back with more so stay tuned in.
