How to Draw Kylo Ren, Kylo Ren Star Wars VII

We will begin with a few basic shapes and lines that we will use as our drawing guides. First, make a small circle for the face or head guide shape, then draw a cone like shape connected to that for the length of the mask. You will then draw the guid

Define the shape of the mask which flattens out at the base. Once that is done sketch in the eyes, then draw the crease lines as they are layered on top of one another as you see here.

Instead of drawing a head shape we will draw the hood for the cloak that Kylo Ren wears. Start at the top and move your way down. This should be a long, loose looking hood which is part of the baggy cloak he wears.

Next, sketch in some of the torso shape then draw the arms and gloved hands which are in front of his body. He is posed in this manner because he will be holding his lightsaber. Add the design to the sleeves or arms like so, and be sure to draw the h

We will sketch in the wrinkling to form the texture of the clothing Kylo Ren is wearing. These wrinkles are on both sides of the torso and there is also a horizontal line across the chest for the separation between the top part of the body and torso.

Let us now tackle the task of drawing Kylo Ren's lightsaber. Start from the top and draw the handle or grip which is a skinny straight tube like shape. You will then draw a cross connector pieces which will house the two smaller blades from the sides

We will finish drawing Kylo Ren by sketching out the rest of the body which is in the form of a long, shaggy cloak. Once the entire cloak is drawn in you can add the definition to the cloth. Erase the mistakes and the guides you drew in step one.

When you are done the drawing of Kylo Ren looks like the one you see here. Now you can color in the Star Wars villain and show off your work to others.

Description: Hey folks, I know some of you Star Wars fans out there are looking forward to the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens which is set to be in theaters later this year. One of the newest villains of the seventh part of the Star Wars saga is the fellow you see in front of you now. Here is a lesson on how to draw Kylo Ren from Star Wars VII, step by step. There is not a lot of information on Kylo so this description will be brief. All I can tell you is that he came around thirty years after the Battle of Endor took place. He wears an all black hooded cloak and also wears a mask. One of the more interesting things about Kylo Ren is his lightsaber which he welded or created. It's made up of a single red blade and on the sides there are two smaller blades giving the weapon a cross looking design. It took a lot of research to try and get his mask drawn right, and over time I will eventually do another version of Kylo Ren. For now, have fun drawing Kylo Ren from the new upcoming Star Wars film.
