You can start the shape of the head then sketch in the facial guidelines.

Using the head guide begin sketching out the shape of Chewbacca's head and his face. You can then draw the long beard like facial hair then move to step three.

Draw the shapes of the eyes, then draw the brows, nose and mouth. When that is done you can move to step four.

Color in the nose or nostrils, then add the marks on the face which will add texture to hair to make Chewbacca look hairy.

Add hair strands to make Chewy's hair look like it's flowing or combed back. The wavy streaks makes his face look like Chewy.

Here is the line art when you are all done. Now you can color him in to finish everything off. I hope you had fun drawing Chewbacca in easy form.

Description: Here is the second character from Star Wars that you will be getting a lesson on. This was a really fun tutorial to create because he is a character that I grew up to when I was young. Up next, we will learn "how to draw Chewbacca easy", step by step. If you are his best friend Han Solo, you would be calling Chewbacca 'Chewy'. Chewy is Han's first mate and companion and his species is a Wookie. The creation of Chewbacca was derived when George Lucas saw his hairy dog sitting upright in the front seat of his car. It was then that Lucas came up with Chewy's character, and from there Chewbacca was born. Drawing Chewbacca in an easy form is going to be super cool and super fun.
