How to Draw Kamineko

Step 1.


To start all you have to do is draw two circle shapes for the head, and body like so. And then draw in a long wavy line for his tail.

Step 2.


Now you will start sketching out the actual shape of the head, or face, and then add the legs. Lastly, draw two tiny circles for the eyes, and then move to step two.

Step 3.


How about we finish off this cute kitty that likes to bute the hand that tries to feed it? Good so lets go. Draw in the big ears, and then add some more shapes to the eyes like you see here. Draw in the mouth, and then add the sharp teeth. Draw in th   

Step 4.

Description: There’s a certain cat that is wicked cool looking, and he is in anime form as well. I was asked if I could do a tutorial on "how to draw Kamineko", step by step. He is a mischievous cat that seems to know how to be conniving, cunning, and cute. This adorable looking kitty is from the manga, and anime series “Azumanga Daioh”. His name in Japanese means “biting cat”, and it was given to him for good cause too. You see, even though he is a cute feline species, he has the mouth of a shark that clutch down like an animal trap. The series developed a gag from the fact that when Sakaki approuches the cat to pet it or show it effection, Kamineko will almost always bite down on her hand. No matter how many times Sakaki gets bit, she will always try and get some kind of love from Kamineko. She does this because she has a special thing for cats. You know how there are some people that are cat lovers, and some are dog lovers right? Well, Sakaki is a cat lover, and Kamineko is one feline that is not only unresponsive, he is also considered to be melovant as well. He is going to be a wicked easy character to draw, and if you are a fan of the anime/manga series of Azumanga Daioh, you should have fun following this tutorial on "how to draw Kamineko".
