How to Draw Jesus Christ

Start this first step with a circle shaped as an egg and then draw the facial guidelines next. You will then draw out the outline of his wavy looking hair as well as the lining for the shoulders as seen here. After you are done you can then move onto

In this step you will start the sketching process. First sketch a rough shape to his hair make it look more realistic. Then draw two loops on the left side which will later be his ear. You will then start sketching in bits of his face such as the lin

As you can see you are still quite a ways away from Jesus's image taking form. So what you will do next is continue to sketch out the front hair line that surrounds the front of his face and then shape out the eye a bit more by making it look more wh

When you are done with this step you can see that now Jesus is coming threw the paper. You will now sketch in the lining of his mustache and beard as shown and then detail the neck and chest area as shown. You will also lightly sketch in his lips or

Description: This next tutorial is going to be on a person that millions of people believe in. He is a person that caused a great deal of controversy and still does till this day. He is admired, loved, worshiped, followed, talked about, hated, and disbelieved. Of course I could be talking about any movie star or musician right? Well the truth is I am talking about the one man that came to breathe on earth for the greater good of man. He is said to be the salvation of all mankind and the protector of all. I could only be talking about one person now that you think about it. Today I will be showing you how to draw Jesus Christ the son God. I already know that all of you are familiar with the name and story of Jesus. As it is said in the bible and according to Christian beliefs, our lord God impregnated the Virgin Mary with his only begotten son. His name was to be Jesus and he was to be the king of kings. Jesus’ very existence was already planned out. His whole purpose was to preach to people the word of God and by doing so he gained several disciples in the process. There was a total of twelve disciples that followed Jesus Christ who learned from him, and were trained by him. He was baptized by John the Baptist in the Jordan River. John the Baptist had been preaching and baptizing people from the crowd before Jesus came to him as prophesied. Over time it is said that Jesus performed incredible miracles such as walking on water, making a blind man see, turning water into wine, healing the crippled and raising the dead. There are some religions that don’t even believe in Jesus Christ. For example the Jewish religion does not believe that Jesus was the son of God. Instead they thought of him as a nothing more than a fraud. There are so many beliefs about Jesus by so many different religions. But if you are one of those people that believe Jesus was the son of God and that he did die for our sins as well as resurrect from his tomb, then this tutorial is for you. I will show you "how to draw Jesus Christ", step by step. The instructions are detailed and easy to follow. I sketched out Jesus on paper first and then scanned him into the computer so I can make the tutorial out of it. I hope you all enjoy this drawing as much as I did. I will be back with more drawing fun in a bit.
