How to Draw Duncan
1
Start this first step by drawing out the guidelines and shapes to form a frame for Duncan. You will first draw a square shape for his head and then add two dashes for the facial guidelines. Next, draw a horizontal line for the shoulders with a circle
2
In this next step you will start sketching out the shape of Duncan's face which is sort of squared and chiseled. Next add a few lines for his eyes, nose, and mouth. Then shape out a neck and then the torso and arms. You will end this step by drawing
3
As you can see you will be drawing out the top the shape of Duncan's head which is a flat line. Now add the eyes and lining for his small box lip fuzz. Make the lining for his spiked necklace and then shape out the rest of his arms as well as the lin
4
You will now add his hair style that is in a retro form as well as sketch in the rest of his face like the eyebrows, pupils, nostril and chin line. Draw the spikes on his necklace and then a circle on his chest which will be the picture on his shirt.
5
This is the last drawing step and what you will do here is make the lines in his hair and put the piercing in his face. Two in the ear and one in the brow. You will then draw the skull design in his shirt and detail his left arm and pants a bit more.

Description: I am wicked excited to present to you an extremely fab Goth kid. I’m sure most of you would like this guy as well. His name is Duncan and he’s from the Cartoon Network series, Total Drama Island. Now I remember in school, I used to talk to this kid in class and his name was Duncan. He was a slacker and didn’t really pay attention to people around him. He was in my art class and one day I happened to sit across from him and we both started talking, a lot. He was really cool and next to me was my friend Skye she was pretty cool too. She always talked to me and made me laugh just like that dude Duncan. The difference between Duncan I know and the one that’s from “Total Drama Island” is how they dress different and act different. The one I know was a skater boy. Now the one that’s from the cartoon is a Goth kid and is ugly and gets into a lot of trouble. I know what I’ve been telling you was kinda boring but, I’m just trying to spark up a conversation. So anyways, the first time I watched this cartoon series was like a week ago. My brothers and sisters were sitting on the couch and were watching this camp show called “Total Drama Island”. I sat down with them to watch it and in my opinion it was kinda good just because of the two Goth kids. But other then that, the show was pretty funny especially with all those preppy kids. I mean there are such a variety of kids there, that all of them being together is funny itself. The tutorial that your about to learn from will show you step by step instructions on "how to draw Duncan", from Total Drama Island. I used my all time famous Wacom Intuos tablet. Don’t forget to add in my awesome program Adobe Photoshop CS3. I hope you guys will enjoy this cool tutorial on this particular character. It took me a while to finish because I had to look at tons of references from the Cartoon Network site. Well, enjoy peoples!
