How to Draw Anime Eyes

Draw the outline of the eyes, the draw the inner circles and the eyelashes. HELP: people comment what program you guys use to make these tuts, i'm so confused. I'd like dawn to answer this

Draw the little cracks at the bottom and the outline of the color part of the eye. Add your own little spin to it, sorry this looks so amature but I'm not sure what prgram to use - so any tips?

After I coloured/colored it in using my computer.. here's where it got me. Don't worry i'm a way better artist in person. So.. Dawn, what prgram do you use?
