How to Draw an Emo Couple

We will begin by drawing the guides and shapes to form the workable frame for your emo couple.

Work on the girl first by drawing the profile lining of her face which starts at the nose and moves down to the mouth and chin. Notice the nose ring too.

Now you can draw in the top portion of her long, combed, straight hairstyle. Add the shape of the ear outline and then sketch in some detailing for the hair as well for added texture.

Now you can add detailing inside of the ear, then draw in her big, bold eye as well as the mouth or lips and then the cheek piercing. Draw and color in the eyebrow and draw in the brow piercing as well.

Get started with the emo boy by drawing the profile of his face first, then fro there you will define the shape of the nose and mouth as well as the large shape of his ear. He has a big gage piercing so be sure to draw the hole in his lobe. ONce that

Complete the face by drawing the shape of his big bold eye and then draw the long, thick eyebrow then color it in as well. Give him some hair on the chin and then proceed on.

He wears a knit beanie so you will have to draw that too which is sort of hanging back on his head. Draw in the detailing to the beanie and then you can draw the shape of the neck.

Here you will work on his upper body. Start with the shoulder and then draw the loose fitting shirt and be sure to draw in the sleeve loose as well. Add definition to the shirt to give it that baggy look.

Lastly, draw in his arm, then draw the upper body for the emo girl. When that is done you can draw in her arm and then draw the hands locked together as well as color in the nails. Add holes to his shirt to show that it is some sort of flannel, then

That's it, this emo boy and girl are ready to color in. Have fun. Use your own color scheme if you like or go with the colors I used.

Description: Hey guys. How about I start the day with some concept art. I have not done any emo related lessons in so long and I was asked if I could do one on how to draw an emo couple, step by step. SO, because of that I wanted to be creative and make something that would stand out and say "i love you". The couple are so adorable and the way they are gazing at each other while holding hands is so cute and passionate. I do hope you enjoy drawing this emo couple.
