How to Draw a Zombie Pony

Step 1.


Begin by drawing two shapes, one for the head and the other for the body. Attach the shapes together with a neck guide.

Step 2.


Using the circle you drew in step one, begin sketching out the structure of the zombie pony's face. This should include the ear, forehead and snout. Also add the edge lining for hair or mane.

Step 3.


The first thing you might want to do here is draw out the eye starting with the brow. When that is done draw the half circle shaped eyeball, and then tackle the task of getting the mouth drawn out. As you can see I exaggerated a bit by making the tee   

Step 4.


It is now time to draw the mane of your zombie pony. This can be in any style you choose. I chose to go with a forward flowing wave style with spiked tips or ends. If you choose to go this route, add strand detailing to the mane before leaving. If no   

Step 5.


Now that the face and head are all set, let's move onto drawing the body starting with the neck, chest and front legs. There are two bones that are sticking out from the neck, so draw those as well. Before leaving this step you also have to draw the    

Step 6.


Next, sketch out the rest of the back part of the zombie pony's body like so, and at the same time draw the spine that is protruding through the skin. The stomach is going to be ripped apart which means you have to make the right lining the way you s   

Step 7.


Draw the first back leg as well as the pointed curled claws, and then draw a piece of the intestine pouring out from the belly.

Step 8.


For the last drawing step you will need to sketch out the inner though which can only barely be seen, and then draw the tattered tail. Notice I have also included another piece of the mane flowing down the base of the neck. Add some cuts, gashes, and   

Step 9.


In the end your zombie pony should come out looking like the one you see here or at least resemble it. It is now time to color in your drawing so you have something vibrant to show folks what you done.

Description: Here is another zombie creation that I did while I was live the other day. It is a pony based zombie that has some characteristics from the monsters on the very old video game 'Parasite Eve'. The claws on the pony's hooves as well as the eyes and torn mouth are all parts of what I remember some of the mutated monsters had in the game. I used to play Parasite Eve all the time when I was like 12 or so and sometimes my mother would join me when she wasn't busy. The decrypted look of this pony gives me the creeps just looking at it. I know that you guys will have a blast with drawing a zombie pony of your own because a lot of you guys loved this concept when I was drawing it Live. Well, what else can I say except have fun with making a zombie in the form of a pony. I shall return momentarily with more lessons so stay tuned in.
