How to Draw a Wolf and Skulls Tattoo

1

Let's start the first step and just draw out the shape of the wolf's head which should also include the tufts that shape out the cheeks. You will also need to draw the long shape of the jaw or mouth too.

2

In this step I would start with the muzzle area. Start with the tip of the nose shape because the crinkles formed from the snarling face will be drawn using the nose tip as a guide. Once that is done draw out the shapes of the eyes making sure to col

3

Draw the actual nose and then follow up with drawing in the mouth. This inside the teeth for both upper and lower parts of the mouth. You will end this step by drawing the chin and chin hair.

4

Sketch out the detailing and definition to the wolf's face. This adds texture not just definition.

5

You will now draw out the shapes of the ears. The detailing inside the ears should also be drawn in. You Will then add the small hoop earrings too.

6

It's now time to draw out the skulls that rest beside the wolf. Each one is identical so you will draw them both the same. I chose to go with crow skulls, but you can draw in any type of skull you would like.

7

Go ahead and start the drawing process for the ram like horns that I decided to add at the last minute. You can choose to omit this part, but if you do go for it, the horns should curl up at the ends.

8

Almost done. We will draw in the foliage or leaves next. This should fill in any empty area and make the art look full. Detail all the leaves, take your time so they come out nice.

9

Last step. Draw in the marks on all the horns. This will add texture to the ram like horns. When you are done erase all the mistakes.

10

That's it, you are ready to color the art in. I hope you had fun drawing this wolf and skulls tattoo lesson.

Description: I see that many of you liked the lesson of the wolf and roses, well this time I will be showing you how to draw a wolf and skulls tattoo, step by step. The coloring used in this lesson is something that was inspired from the old Ed Hardy tattoo colors. The bright purples and deep greens. The color balance of those skulls really meshes well with the whole concept as well and I am very pleased with the overall outcome of this piece of art. Drawing wolf and skulls tattoo will be challenging, but stay patient and you will succeed.
