Step 3.
Now you can begin drawing out the flower petals. They should be oblong shaped and tapper at the ends. The edging should be a bit wavy as well. Draw three petals for now, then when you are done move to step four.

Step 4.
You will now draw the last three petals for your Stargazer lily. Notice how the lining is rigged. Curl in the tips for each petal then move along to step five where you will finish this flower off.

Description:
Hey guys, welcome back to another fun filled drawing lesson here on Dragoart.com. Before I get into talking about what I'm about to upload, I wanted to first say that I love the top three lessons that have been subitted by artists Duskeyes, Catlucker, and Finalprodigy, they came out so awesome, and from the looks of things many of you think so too. Anyways, I will start the day by first uploading three flower tutorials. Easter is exactly a week away which means beautiful flowers are going to be displayed even more in the stores. I have for you a lesson on "
how to draw a Stargazer lily
", step by step. This lily is one of the prettiest lilies from the Liliaceae family. There are a total of about one hundred ten different lilies, and this is one of them. You may have seen these beautiful blooms displayed in your florist shop, or you may even have them growing in your garden. They are typically considered a summer bloom, but you can have them year round just by drawing or even painting a bouquet, or single flower. The stargazer is best known for their fragrance and their large, beautiful petals. They are mainly pink in color with a series of small dots or freckles coming out from the center of their petals. Lots of gardeners love having these blooms in their gardens because they are so breathtakingly beautiful. I tried making the tutorial easy enough for everyone to tackle, so I hope you enjoy drawing a Stargazer lily of your own.
