How to Draw a Sled

Step 1.


Start this step by drawing a big round circle for the sack of toys. Then draw two slanted horizontal lines for the frame of the sleigh. You will then draw out the lining for the bottom blades as you see here. Once that is done you can move to the nex   

Step 2.


Now as you can see this next step is pretty simple as well. All you have to do is draw out the rest of the shape of the sleigh and then begin drawing out the curly shapes of the blade detailing lines. Add some definition to Santa's bag and proceed on   

Step 3.


You will now draw out the brass outline along the rim of the sleigh and add more detailing curl to the sleigh blade and then draw out the present box shape.

Step 4.


Add the shape and strips to the candy cane. and then finish the drawing of the present box and add a ribbon. The last thing to do is finish off the blade design and that is it. This is your last drawing step so all you have to do now is erase all the   

Step 5.

Description: I hope everyone is enjoying the new seasonal layout that I was working on. There are only a few adjustments that I have to make before it is complete. This is my last drawing tutorial for the day and I will show you how to draw Santa’s Sleigh step by step. Everyone is familiar with the purpose of Santa’s sleigh; he uses it to carry his big magical oversized sack that is filled with toys to deliver presents to all the boys and girls around the world and it is used to transport his joy self. I mean how else is Santa Clause gonna get around through the sky with a bunch of toys? Typically his sled is red with brass sleigh blades. The interior is of extra soft cloth and unique embroidery with authentic designs made by his elves. The outside of the sleigh is made from the finest leather available to man and it is quite roomy. Sometimes you will hear stories or see pictures of an elf that accompanies Santa on his deliveries. Santa moves his beautiful sleigh with all his magical reindeer which are; Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet Cupid, and of course the most famous reindeer of all, Rudolph. I wanted his sleigh to look typical and original, so I filled it with some presents, a candy cane, and his big sack of toys. This tutorial will show you how to draw a cartoon Santa sleigh step by step. I hope everyone has a happy holiday and remember stay creative and keep on drawing.
