How to Draw a Girly Skull

Step 1.

Make a guide shape for the skull head and sketch in the facial guidelines.

Define the shape of the face which is basically round. The upper jaw should also be drawn out or the outline of one.

We will now draw in a pretty simple bow and add the indent dimpling on the bows along the sides of the knot.

Draw the great big eye shapes and add some lashes.

Create pupils and color them in. When that is done color in the nasal cavities and draw a heart shape just under the nose.

Lastly, draw in the rest of the girly pattern on the skull. Erase the guidelines first before doing so.

Here is the line art. Now just add some color to your skull drawing using any girly colors you like.

If you would like to turn this skull from girly to a more masculine concept, just switch out some patterns and make them more unisex or manly. Anyways, the colored in concept is supposed to be a clash between Indian styles and hippie colors. The pastels mingles well with the more vibrant hues like green and yellow. I had a lot of fun with this drawing and I hope you do too.
